International inclusivity project: Mount Elbrus ascent , media campaign
Project mountainway – is a Russian-American expedition by people with disabilities (limited capabilities) , from to floor of mount Elbrus all the way to the summit, on a handbike Fat Explorer.

During the whole journey our team will be filming the ascent on a professional camera , making the journey into a full scale documentary.

There is a worldwide trend of «inclusive tourism». We shred the stereotypes and beliefs that people with limited capabilities actually have limited capabilities. We provide them with an opportunity to be equal to any other tourist you can meet along your path

Our experience

We have been all over Kolski peninsula, Norway, Finland, Altay and Caucasus mountains
224 mount Elbrus Ascents
Over 20 000 km in extreme conditions
Movie – «I'm rowing a boat» was awarded at an international film festival
«Northern character» and «Young Arctic» were presented in Russian and international film festivals and received numerous awards
Project «Polarway» describing northern expeditions during winter in extreme temperatures is soon to be completed
Upon completion of the expedition, we want to show that even people with limited capabilities can go on a multiple day journey in extreme conditions and do the incredible – climb mount Elbrus all the way to the top
Creation and execution of similar projects in other parts of Russia and perhaps other countries

Our other projects
In early 2018 together with Kolsky peninsula expeditions we developed an inclusive project – a journey where Andrey was the main character. 6 days in harsh northern conditions in a group of 10 he had to travel over 600 km on a snow mobile across kolsky peninsula from the white sea to Khibin mountains
The project I’m rowing a boat is a movie, describing the first real adventure of 2 friends from the city, above the arctic circle - Murmansk . They sail the Tersk coast of the White sea, the journey is a bit more complicated then ordinary, because one of the friends is confined to a wheelchair
